1 General Terms & Definitions

• Use of bots, scripts, or automation software.

• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Providing false or misleading information.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

788fb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicious or unusual gaming or financial activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

Before closing an account, 788fb will endeavour to notify the member via email or through the platform. However, in serious cases of rule violations, action may be taken without prior notice.

8 Limitation of Liability

788fb will not be held responsible for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by loss of internet connection.
• Loss caused by an issue with the member's own device.
• Third-party server or network failure.
• Account information leak due to member negligence.
• Service interruption due to government restrictions or unforeseen circumstances.

788fb always strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, technical issues may occasionally cause interruptions. In such cases, we are committed to resolving the problem as quickly as possible.
